Due to them having shut down it was better to do it this way. All FoodExpress branding/imagery/assets/code we created are still owned by us.

No. Virtual Diner is it's own company due to it shutting down no bans will be carried over. (Even if it wasn't we don't want to judge past actions which did not occur on our systems)
